This is a 4 story building that is located next door to my 1737-e building. Unlike the other businesses, this one will not need to be moved out, although there will be some noise as there will be significant renovations that will need to be done. To reduce the wasted space, 1735 and 1737 will share the same entry parlor, and door. When you enter the elevator, you would turn in one direction to go to the 1735 apartment, or turn in the other direction for the realty or my private residence. All units in this building will be a 2 Bedroom apartment.
While there will be an apartment on 1735-e floor 3, there will not be an entry door on the 1737-e side. The utilities included will be electricity, and water/sewage. The tenant is responsible for their own communications bills such as internet and telephone. The good news is the realty company is located next door. The bad news is the realty company is located next door.
