All buildings will have sufficient paid laundry machines. This will include a double load washer, and a double load dryer (minimum of 1 each). To pay for the laundry use, you would use a smartphone app, or use your NFC capable debit/credit card. This might seem unfair in a house, but considering that the machines will be under my ownership, and therefore repairs from normal use will be my responsibility. The laundry is $1.75 per load, and the dryer runs for 1 hour. When using the clothes washer, you must use High Efficiency laundry soap. Anything else can damage the machine, and you will be responsible for the repairs.
