This location is located on the city’s Troy Hill neighborhood. It’s not, but it is a 2 Bedroom, 1 bath house with a lavatory in the basement along with the office. The first floor contains the living room, and kitchen along with access to a very small back yard. The redeeming quality of this building is has been abandoned for more than 10 years, so I will assume that the city owns this building, and will be happy to sell it to me for very cheap, especially when they learn that I will cater to Section-8 tenants.
The living room will have a wall for the TV. This will account for 1 coaxial jack, and 5 RJ45 jacks. The bedrooms will also have a similar wall. The office will have 4 RJ45 jacks on every wall considering their role they must perform. All other walls in the living room, and bedrooms will only have 3 RJ45 jacks. This will allow for maximum flexibility. For local conveniences, there will be a couple of convenience stores, a small open field park.
You will be responsible for all of the utilities. There will be solar panels, and a rooftop antenna which should go a long way in reducing the cost of living. You will be required to have internet services for everything to work. The rent will be reasonable for a 2 bedroom house, and with the panels, there will be a lower electric bill despite for the fact that there is no gas.
