The address will use 2 systems for heating and cooling. For heating, this will be underfloor radiant heating. This will be intended to warm the body properly as heat will rise from the floor without being blown in. This radiant heating is proven to make a person feel warmer quicker, and with a lower temperature. This will save the tenant money on their heating costs.
For air conditioning, there will be a forced air AC system that would provide for cooling. Since the insulation has a thermal break, there will be no need to constantly run the AC. This thermal break will save the tenant money, and offer a lower cost solution. Every room will have a forced air vent for the AC system.
Temperature control will be handled through the Control Panel. This is done to make the system as simple and convenient as possible. Since there isn’t a separate thermostat, there will be no need to have extra hardware that can fail, or not work properly.
