The lavatory (aka ½ bath) will not be located in the SROs instead focused on the only bathroom. However, most of the other apartments, and all houses will have a lavatory. The benefit to the lavatory is someone could shave or brush their teeth while someone is taking a shower. This will mean that the person using the lavatory sink will not have to enter the bathroom to do what they need. The room will have a toilet/sink combination. This will reduce the space needed for the items, and therefore reduce the space for the lavatory.
